Registration Form

If you wish to participate at the conference please complete and submit the Registration Form.

Presenting authors are advised to register as early as possible, especially if they need a visa. For more information on visa, see the document Visa regimes and visas.

Registration Fees

The conference fee includes conference organization, refreshments during breaks, lunches (Mon, Tue). Participants will receive the originally signed and stamped proof of payment and attendance certificate at the end of the conference at the registration desk. Presenting authors should register and pay the fee before August 31, 2022.

Upon their arrival participants will get the Book of Abstracts with the detailed Conference Program.

Presentations will be included in the program only if registration fee for presenting author is paid before August 31, 2022.

Only the abstracts of presented papers will be included in the final version of the Book of Abstracts which will be available on the conference web site.

Cancellation and refund: Registration fee (minus 30 EUR for administrative expenses) is refunded if participation is cancelled prior to September 5, 2022. For cancellations after that date, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

Please note that all bank fees are to be paid by the sender. Please consult your bank about the bank fees that will be charged and add them to the sum sent. The announced registration fees are net fees, showing the amount expected to appear on our bank account.
